localseo.es is the trading name of Advanced Internet Technologies, S.L., a Spanish company working on the visibility of local businesses in Google and in AI engines. We work with businesses across Spain, remotely.

I have spent 15 years building and ranking businesses online. I started with WordPress and WooCommerce, went through property portals and real-estate software — including the data side of the property market — and today I handle the whole path: the server, the website, the Google profile, the reviews and the ads.
I work with businesses all over Spain, from the Canaries. I manage the Google profiles of clinics, workshops and accountancy firms with several sites, and I built Opino, the reviews tool I use with my clients, on real local business data.
Two things that set me apart. I know the legal side well (RGPD, LSSI, IVA and IGIC), so what I build for you complies from day one. And the profile, the website, the domains and the accounts are always in your name: if we stop working together one day, you take all of it with you. Your data is yours.
There is no account team here and no sales department. You talk to me, and I review the audit myself.
How we work
We measure before we touch anything
The first thing we deliver is always a diagnosis: where you rank, what state the profile is in, and what the businesses above you have that you do not. Without that starting point no improvement can be demonstrated afterwards.
We tell you what is not going to work
Some businesses do not get their customers through local search, and in some sectors there is very little room to improve. When that is the case we say so in the audit, before there is an invoice.
We do not promise positions
The local pack is recalculated on every search according to where the person is searching from, so "first place" does not exist. We work on your average position across your area and we measure it at several points in it.
What we build is yours
The profile, the website, the domains and the accounts are always in your name. If we stop working together one day, you take all of it with you without having to ask us for anything.
We publish our prices
They are published, with what each plan includes and what it does not. If you have to ask for a quote to find out what something costs, it is usually because the price depends on what the client looks able to pay.
